8. 如果使用中不小心開啟了錄製行為，系統若判斷到行為，一樣會封禁帳號

9. 推特大王的任何作品使用此條款，Limer凡非以有形媒介提供之數位內容或一經提供即為完成之線上服務之創作標的皆排除消費者保護法第19條第1項解除權適用，消費者並不具有7日內解除契約退款之適用。

10. 我方會盡一切可能的方式保障您的權益，但一切的封禁判定標準，由推特大王做最後詮釋權利。

11. 封禁後的帳號將不會解封，目前沒有任何解封案例。

12. 深造播放器不應該出現以下錯誤訊息：掃碼微信綁定、IP變換，若遇到類似問題，請回信告知，我們會將此問題回報給推特大王解決。

13. 若推特大王或深造播放器不再繼續營運，我方後續將會把客戶權益交由推特大王進行處置，並不會進行任何退款也不會做任何補償。

6. If Limer ceases operations in the future, all customer rights will be transferred to the TwitterKing Team for continued management.

7. If an account is banned, it is due to activating recording functionality. There are no cases of unblocking accounts, and original manufacturers will not provide any unlocking services. Please do not attempt any recording behavior.

8. If you accidentally activate recording functions during use, and the system detects such actions, the account will still be banned.

9. All works from the TwitterKing Team follow this policy: Digital content or online services not provided in tangible media or immediately fulfilled upon provision are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. Consumers do not have the right to withdraw within seven days of contract completion.

10. We will do everything possible to protect your rights, but the final interpretation of account bans lies with the TwitterKing Team.

11. Banned accounts will not be unbanned. There are no existing cases of unblocking.

12. The shenzao player should not display the following error messages: “Scan WeChat to bind” or “IP change.” If you encounter such issues, please email us, and we will report them to the TwitterKing Team for resolution.

13. If the TwitterKing Team or the shenzao player ceases operations, we will not provide refunds or compensation. However, the TwitterKing Team will take over and continue handling all subsequent matters.

8. 使用中に誤って録画機能を有効にしてしまい、システムで検出された場合でもアカウントは停止されます。

9. TwitterKing Team の作品はすべて次の規約に従います：有形媒体で提供されないデジタルコンテンツや、提供完了と同時に成立するオンラインサービスは、消費者保護法第19条第1項の契約解除権（7日以内の契約解除）の適用外となります。

10. 私たちは可能な限り皆様の権利を保護しますが、アカウント停止の最終的な判断は TwitterKing Team にあります。

11. 停止されたアカウントは解除されません。解除の事例はありません。

12. shenzao player に「WeChat バインドのスキャン」や「IP変更」などのエラーメッセージが表示された場合は、メールでご連絡ください。この問題を TwitterKing Team に報告します。

13. TwitterKing Team または shenzao player が運営を終了した場合、私たちは返金や補償を行いませんが、TwitterKing Team が今後の対応を引き継ぎ、引き続き処理いたします。
