Shenzao Player Terms of Use

第 1 條　Viewing Method

This product must be viewed through the Shenzao Player app. Windows and macOS computers are not supported.

第 2 條　Account Creation

First-time buyers will automatically receive a Shenzao Player account from LIMER. Account details can be viewed in My Account.

第 3 條　Authorization Process

After purchase, the Aomentk team will authorize the video to your Shenzao Player account within 1-3 business days.

第 4 條　Viewing Period

The viewing period after authorization depends on each product. Some products have a set period during which unlimited viewing is allowed.

第 5 條　Account Renewal

If your account expires, Aomentk will assist with reactivation. Please submit via Service Request or the renewal form.

第 6 條　Device Limit

Each account is limited to one device at a time. To change devices, please submit a Service Request.

第 7 條　Prohibited Actions

Screen recording, screenshots, redistribution, resale, or sharing content in any way is strictly prohibited. Violators will be permanently suspended without refund.

第 8 條　Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this product, refunds are not accepted once authorization is granted. Please confirm device compatibility before purchasing.

第 9 條　Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping their account information secure. Aomentk and LIMER are not liable for losses due to account leaks.

第 10 條　Service Interruption

If Shenzao Player becomes unavailable due to force majeure or technical issues, Aomentk and LIMER will make best efforts to resolve the issue.

第 11 條　Privacy

Your account information is used solely for Shenzao Player authorization and will not be shared with third parties.

第 12 條　Dispute Resolution

For any disputes, please contact us via Service Request first. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

第 13 條　Changes to Terms

Aomentk and LIMER reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be posted on this page.
